As part of the Mountain Law, and with the aim of increasing accommodation capacity in the mountains, any purchaser of a property who rents out his furnished property and provides, in addition to the accommodation, a number of additional services (e.g. cleaning, breakfast, linen, reception) can reclaim the 20% VAT (value added tax) paid on the purchase of his property.This VAT of 20% of the price excluding tax of the property is therefore to be reclaimed from the price including all taxes. Our partners will take care of your file and the refund of your VAT.
