Tignes . Alpes . France

Experience the big thrill, refocus on yourself, push your limits and come back with your batteries recharged.

At Tignes, you can enjoy all the thrills of the stadium atmosphere... right in the heart of nature!
For winter sports fans, Tignes is first and foremost a ski resort with an international reputation, offering the best snow from September to May and a range of slopes and sports whose diversity is just like the resort itself: breathtaking.

The Tignes ski area, linked to that of Val d'Isère, covers 300km of pistes at the height of the season, from its highest point (the Grande Motte glacier - 3456m) to its lowest (the village of Brévières - 1550m).

No. 1 ski resort in France according to the Savills Ski study.
The Savills Ski study's resilience index ranks 61 ski resorts worldwide using five parameters to determine the quality and reliability of a resort's conditions and its ability to adapt to climate change. Tignes is the leading French resort according to the 2021 and 2022 studies.

An open door to the Vanoise National Park

A winter and summer paradise for outdoor sports enthusiasts, La Vanoise is France's first national park (1963). Its highest and most emblematic peak is undoubtedly the Grande Casse (3855 m), which, along with its neighbour the Grande Motte, forms a landscape that even the most hurried can't help but stop in front of!
An exceptional setting, with frozen lakes, glaciers and mythical peaks, awaits ski touring enthusiasts (in winter), seasoned trail runners and family hikers (in summer).

Authentic TIGNES les Brévières

Born in the 1960s, Tignes has always attracted pioneers, inventors and prototypes. From the stratospheric heights of the Grande-Motte glacier at 3600m, you can ski down an incredible slope with a variety of orientations and a remarkable quality of snow... to the shores of the Brévières lake at 1550m, a village with a mountain spirit nestled in an alpine atmosphere of coniferous trees. Les Brévières is THE authentic, original village with its old chalets, little church and shops.
